Each month, TEC members engage in one-on-one business coaching with their TEC Chair. The one-on-one meeting is really what the TEC member makes of it. TEC Chair, Emeran Leonard, discusses how "it's lonely on top" and how being a TEC member allows you the opportunity to have open discussions with your Chair mentor.
