It is important to note that coaching is not a one hit wonder, it is a continual source of motivation and something that requires dicipline, dedication and effort and sometimes things do not go the planned way, but in times of challenge we just need to continue with focus. Yes it requires effort, but the rewards are many and well worth working for!
